As an Senior OEM Sales Manager at Silex Technology Europe, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins, and achieving revenue quotas within your assigned accounts and territory. You will exhibit a deep understanding of complex sales processes and be able to demonstrate sales success. You will have a successful track record of technical solution selling and quickly and comfortably develop director level relationships. You will be responsible for establishing, generating, and developing specific sales objectives within strategic opportunities in your territory.

You will report to our office in Willich, Germany. While physical presence in the office is not mandatory, if working remotely, your proximity to a major European airport is necessary. Most of your travel will be within Europe, with occasional international trips. Travel required up to 25-50% of the time.
