As a Marketing Specialist at Silex Technology America, you will be responsible for developing and promoting marketing content to help build brand awareness and generate interest in our products and services. This role will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
In this role, you will write, edit, and design marketing materials including brochures, catalog pages, press releases, customer success stories, newsletters, graphics, advertisements, web content, and sales enablement collateral. You will also run integrated marketing campaigns, maintain metrics scorecards, analyze results, and make recommendations to ensure ROI.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of content development, digital marketing, marketing automation, and running projects for technical, B2B companies. If you are a detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for storytelling and a strong sense of aesthetics to fuel the acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers, this role is for you.

This is a full-time position located in Santa Ana, California. Silex Technology America has adopted a hybrid work schedule consisting of two days in office weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) and three days from home weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
