Territory Sales Manager

Job Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager at Silex Technology America, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins and achieving revenue quotas in assigned
accounts/territories. You have a deep understanding of complex sales processes and demonstrate sales success. You have a successful track record of solution selling and developing director level relationships. You are responsible for establishing, generating and developing the sales objectives for strategic opportunities within the account.

Job Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager’s purpose is to support the VP of Sales with the ultimate goal of achieving revenue targets in the assigned accounts/territory.
You will participate in team selling activities for Key customers and manage all tiers of customer engagements.
Other responsibilities include managing our distribution and rep partners, qualifying leads and capturing opportunities in CRM.

You are the voice of the customer to Silex
You provide accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility

 

 Responsibilities – what activities will be expected in the role

  • Responding to all leads and inquiries within the territory
  • Prospecting into target accounts in your territory
  • Qualifying opportunities and allocating the companies focus and resources correctly
  • Capturing and updating opportunities information in Salesforce
  • Understanding customer decision making process
  • Be knowledge and proficient in presenting Silex products and technologies
  • Building relationships with customer decision makers, distribution and reps
  • Negotiating the best deal possible for Silex
  • Managing personnel assigned to your team
  • Generate revenue growth at new and existing customers
  • Responsible for all stages of the Sales Process

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements
  • 4 year college degree
  • 2 - 5 years sales experience in a technology company
  • Proven ability to learn technical products
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • 25%-50% travel
Compensation

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with academic accomplishments, skill set and experience. Benefits package is typical of other benefit packages for Territory managers basedin this market.

Location
