Job Description:
The role of the Warehouse Operations Admin is to support the Operations Manager and provide various types of deliverables that help the organization achieve revenue and profit objectives. They will be expected to perform several tasks that support the Engineering, Sales, and Operations departments in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely order picking and ensure product shipments meet customer expectations.
Responsible for receiving product into Macola and stock shelves.
Ensure that POs received from Ingram are shipped within 3 days of receipt.
Ensure that production orders are completed on time and programmed to supplied work instructions.
Sales Responsibilities:
Responsible for all sales orders entered in to Macola from customer PO’s.
Responsible for entry of NRE orders and posting updates in Sales Force.
Engineering Responsibilities:
Process PO purchase requisitions received by Engineering and placing POs to suppliers.
Operations Support:
Ensure download from FTP daily and invoice previous days sales.
Ensure that previous day’s sales from the Amazon website are invoiced daily.
Ensure that NRE orders are updated with the correct expected completion dates and send report to Operations Manager.
Support customer requests for RoHS, REACH, and CMRT certificates.
Office Responsibilities:
Perform general office housekeeping to ensure that the common areas within the office are clean and organized. This includes, but is not limited to, the breakroom, kitchen area, and restrooms.
Perform various repairs to office.
Duties would include Light Bulb Changes, Hanging of Signs and Pictures Etc.…

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Operations Manager
DIRECTION OF OTHERS: No direct staff supervision.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or other technical training preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: General warehouse experience, preferably in a shipping and receiving setting desired. Strong Excel knowledge, an ability to pick up systems quickly, ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task, and skilled in prioritizing and multi-tasking daily workload is necessary to be successful in this position.
JUDGMENT AND INITIATIVE: Must have a “Can Do Attitude” and function well with minimum supervision. Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills. Must be a dependable team- player and have a profound ability to create trust and build lasting rapport with new and current team members.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong oral and written communication skills in English required to interpret and relay job specifications, prepare reports etc., as well as for regular formal and informal communication with manager, team members, and outside company associates.
