Debugging the SX-SDxAC Driver

The purpose of this document is to describe the existing debug functions in the SX-SDxAC driver.  This focuses on two debug logging facilities in the SX-SDxAC driver source,

1. AR_DEBUG_PRINTF() - wrapper function of printk()
2. VOS_TRACE() - wrapper function of snprintf()
