Rapid Evaluation with Pre-Installed Firmware

You shouldn't have to write a single line of code just to see what the hardware can do. The EVK comes with pre-installed firmware based on the Qualcomm Intelligent Multimedia SDK. Out of the box, you can run various sample applications via a GUI or console, including:

• Multimedia Streaming: Single and multi-camera streaming, live snapshots, and video transcoding.
• Edge AI Inference: Object detection, face recognition, image segmentation, and pose detection.

A Production-Ready Roadmap

The EVK is more than a demo; it’s a development environment. We provide a Docker file to help you set up your host computer (Ubuntu 22.04) for firmware builds, AI model migration, and application development.
