How to use the SX-ULPGN-BTZ EVK to build Sample Demo Projects

With the release of our tri-band module, SX-ULPGN-BTZ, you can now combine Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee technologies to move data among different kinds of IoT devices. We have also developed an evaluation/development kit to help you get started with your application development.

The SX-ULPGN-BTZ-EVK has the QCA4020 module mounted on a PCB board equipped with sensors commonly used for IoT applications. The development kit also includes physical interfaces for connecting to the SX-ULPGN-BTZ module. Once you’ve built and tested your product on the development board, you’ll work with the module vendor to go into mass production.

Development Kit

SX-ULPGN-BTZ-EVK is the evaluation board for SX-ULPGN-BTZ-2000. The EVK provides a platform that enables access to all the radio interfaces and module I/O for evaluation and application development.

The EVK includes the following elements:

  • SX-ULPGN-BTZ-2000 module
  • Power supplied through USB Micro header
  • Temperature sensor
  • Humidity sensor
  • Indicator LED’s
  • JTAG port (USB)
