Showcasing the Latest in Wireless and Embedded Computing

At the Silex booth, visitors explored our latest Wi-Fi modules and system-on-modules (SOMs) powered by leading embedded platforms from NXP and Qualcomm.

One of the demonstrations featured the EP-200N SOM with a facial-recognition application, providing a practical example of how embedded computing and wireless connectivity can support intelligent edge applications.

The conversations at the booth reflected continued interest in bringing reliable wireless connectivity and computing capabilities into increasingly sophisticated embedded products, particularly as developers look to integrate AI and connectivity into real-world applications.

Silex's EP-200Q Takes the Stage at the Robotics Lab

One of the highlights of the show was Silex's participation in the new Robotics Lab, where our team demonstrated the EP-200Q in a live mobile robotics application.

The demonstration showcased vision and audio AI capabilities running on the EP-200Q, combined with wireless connectivity. Rather than looking at AI and connectivity as separate technologies, the demonstration showed how they can work together as part of an embedded system designed for real-world applications.

The Robotics Lab provided an opportunity to see this technology in action and explore how compact, pre-validated embedded computing platforms can help developers bring edge AI applications closer to deployment.
