# Meet Silex Technology’s New Managing Director, Europe, Jean-Marie Dubois

Accelerating business momentum while delivering superior customer experiences in high-tech industries requires passionate leadership and focused market strategy and execution. Silex Technology’s new [Managing Director, Europe, Jean-Marie Dubois ](https://www.silextechnology.com/company/jean-marie-dubois)brings that in spades.  

Jean-Marie is a proven industry executive who understands how to build and lead high-tech sales teams at customer-centric organizations. As Managing Director of Europe, he is responsible for scaling Silex EMEA’s growth, a region that has increased revenues by nearly 2x over the past two years, while ensuring the business continues to deliver its exceptional service and support for its EMEA customers. 

“To continue delivering a reliable, always-on connectivity experience with unbeatable customer service in the EMEA region, we are excited to bring in a talented leader like Jean-Marie who has a proven track record in embedded wireless and network system solutions,” said Nobuhiko Miura, President and CEO of Silex Technology. “He is passionate about building and coaching teams and shares our vision of providing mission-critical connectivity solutions with the utmost customer care in the industry.”
