Management software is an important piece of the equation when looking at networking equipment so you can efficiently configure your product. More importantly, once it is on the network, you'll want to have a robust way to remotely monitor and manage all of your devices, especially if you have a lot of them. A good management software can allow the network administrator to easily manage a large fleet of devices on the network from one computer remotely.
